These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Ironcore Infrastructure LLC d/b/a AEE Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or booking a service call, you agree to these Terms.
Our Services
AEE Services provides residential electrical repair, upgrade and installation services in New Jersey under New Jersey Electrical Business Permit #34EB01664700. Information on this website is general and is not a quote or a contract.
Booking, Quotes and Contracts
Booking online is a request for service, not a confirmed appointment; we’ll contact you to confirm a day and arrival window. Prices are given in writing after we assess the work. The work, price, payment terms and warranty for a job are set by the written quote or contract you approve, including any cancellation rights it describes.
Website Use
You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes, and not to submit false information, interfere with the site, or try to access our systems without permission.
Text Message Program
By checking the text message box on our booking form, on our text message updates page, or when signing a quote, saving a card on file or signing an OK to start work, or by texting JOIN to our number, you agree to receive text messages from AEE Services, and only AEE Services, about your service requests, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival updates, quotes, invoices and payment receipts.
- How you opt in: by checking the box, which is unchecked by default, or by texting JOIN to our number (we reply to confirm). If you ask us for texts on a call or in person, we send one text asking you to reply JOIN; you’re signed up only if you do. Submitting a form or signing without checking the box does not sign you up. We do not text based only on a phone number you gave us another way, other than the single sign-up text you asked for. If you text us first, we may reply to your message (for up to 7 days), including one automatic reply when our office is closed.
- Frequency: varies, usually a few messages per service visit.
- Cost: message and data rates may apply, depending on your carrier and plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message. You’ll get one message confirming you’re unsubscribed.
- Help: reply HELP, or email info@aee.services.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes, and text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. This does not limit any warranty or obligation in a written contract for work we perform.
