Ironcore Infrastructure LLC, doing business as AEE Services (“we,” “us,” or “our”), provides residential electrical services in New Jersey. This policy covers this website (aee.services), our customer pages for quotes, contracts and invoices (app.aee.services), and the information you give us when you book or hire us.
Information We Collect
We collect information you give us when you book a service call, sign up for text updates, or hire us:
- Your name, phone number and email address
- The address where you want work done
- What you tell us about the problem or project, and when you’re available
- Your text message consent, with the date, time, page and wording you agreed to
- Records of your visits, quotes, signed contracts, invoices and payments
When you submit a form, our systems also record technical details such as your IP address and browser, to prevent spam and fraud and as part of your consent record. Card and bank payments are processed by Stripe; your full card or bank number goes to Stripe, not to us.
How We Use Your Information
- To schedule and do the work you ask for
- To contact you about your service calls, quotes, invoices and payments
- To keep a history of the work done at your home
- To meet our legal, tax, licensing and insurance obligations
- To prevent spam, fraud and misuse
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
SMS / Text Messages
We send text messages only to people who have opted in: by checking the text message box on our booking form, by signing up on our text message updates page, by checking the same box when signing a quote, saving a card on file or signing an OK to start work (on your own device or our technician's tablet), or by texting JOIN to our number (including in reply to the one sign-up text we send if you ask us for texts on a call or in person). Every box is unchecked by default, and we record the date, time, method and wording of each opt-in. We do not text you just because you gave us your phone number another way (for example, on a call, in an email or in a contract); the only exception is the single sign-up text you asked us for. If you text us first, we may reply to your message (for up to 7 days), including one automatic reply when our office is closed.
Texts come only from AEE Services, and only about your own service. We never send messages for other companies or affiliates. Messages are about: appointment confirmations and reminders, technician arrival updates, quotes, invoices, payment receipts and replies to your requests. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help. You can also email info@aee.services. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase.
We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
Who Else Handles Your Information
We use service providers that process information for us under their own security and privacy terms, and only to provide their service to us:
- Microsoft (Azure hosting and storage in the United States, email)
- Stripe (card, bank and in-person payments)
- Cloudflare (spam protection on our forms)
- A text messaging provider (to deliver texts you opted in to)
We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect our rights, property or safety.
Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, and data is sent over encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take it seriously.
Data Retention
We keep service, contract and payment records for as long as we need them for warranty, tax, licensing and legal purposes. Booking requests that never become a job are kept for up to 3 years. Text message consent records are kept for as long as you’re opted in and for 5 years after, as proof of consent.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask us to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or withdraw your consent to communications, by emailing info@aee.services. We’ll respond within 45 days. We may keep records we’re required to keep by law.
Children
This website is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
