Something stopped working. We find out why.

Most electrical problems have one cause hiding behind the symptom. A licensed electrician tracks it down, tells you what it is in plain words, and gives you a price before fixing it.

Sound familiar?

When to call us.

  • Outlets or a whole room went dead
  • A breaker trips again and again, or a GFCI won’t reset
  • Lights flicker or dim when something turns on
  • An outlet or switch is warm, buzzing or discolored
  • A burning smell near an outlet, switch or the panel
  • Something sparked when you plugged it in

FAQ

Common questions.

Is a burning smell an emergency?

Treat it as one. Turn off the breaker for that area if you can do it safely, don’t use the outlet, and call us. If you see smoke or flames, leave and call 911 first.

Why does my breaker keep tripping?

Usually too much on one circuit, a failing device, or a fault in the wiring. Resetting it over and over isn’t safe; it’s doing its job. We find which one it is.

Do you charge by the hour?

No. There’s a service call fee for the visit and diagnosis, then a flat price for the repair that you approve before we do it.
